At Best Vintage Wholesale, we strive to provide high-quality curated collections, but we understand that bulk orders may occasionally require adjustments. We offer a 14-day return window for items that do not match their grade description or manifest details.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and detailed photos of the items in question.

• 2.
  Review & Approval

  Our vintage specialists will review your claim against our grading standards and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original wholesale packaging, ensuring the RMA form is clearly included inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
