How do you grade the quality of your vintage items?
We use a rigorous multi-step grading process. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear such as small marks or fading, consistent with authentic vintage character.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to provide wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $300 or a minimum weight of 10kg, depending on the specific category or bundle you are purchasing.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping takes 5-7 days, while international wholesale shipments can take 10-14 business days depending on customs and destination.
Can I request specific sizes or brands in a bundle?
While our mystery bundles are curated based on style and category, we aim for a diverse size run (S-XXL). For premium branded bundles, the specific brand name will be listed in the product title.
What is your return policy for wholesale purchases?
Due to the nature of vintage wholesale, all sales are final. However, if you receive items that fall significantly outside the promised grade or category, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our vintage inventory worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination country.
